The Whitford Hockey Club is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 7 December 2024 at 11:00 am following the traditional President’s Cup hockey game at Troy Pickard Hockey Centre.

The AGM is your chance to hear about the year in review and plans for our future, as well as having your say on how the club is run. It is also an opportunity for you to contribute to the Club by joining the Club Committee.

The AGM is used to elect the Office Bearers and General Committee Members on the Club Committee so don’t miss out on your chance to vote for the club’s leadership.

If you'd like to join the Club Committee, please email the Secretary via: secretary@whitfordhockey.asn.au          

Under the Club's Constitution, all committee positions are declared vacant each year. So, if you are a current financial member and would like to steer the club as the next President or Vice President or be a member of the general committee then please send your completed nomination form to the Secretary before Saturday 9 November 2024. The form is attached to this notice.

Any existing committee members who wish to stay on also need to nominate.
