Lamb Tasting Fundraiser
Murdoch University is conducting a research study and are looking for 60 people from our club to taste test lamb samples for the development of a lamb grading system here in Australia. In return the university will make a $1,000 donation to our club.
The tasting will be conducted at the clubrooms and will be carried out in three separate groups of 20 over an hour each. At the end of each session you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. You must be a red meat eater and be at least 18 years of age. Please register your interest and fill in the required details.
